What to write about
- You can't download the guide Tell me roughly when you bought it and I'll send the PDF to you directly, as an attachment. No receipt needed.
- You want a refund Thirty days, no explanation required, and you keep the files. Write to the address above and it's done. The full terms are on the Terms & refunds page.
- A question about something in the book If a cost range doesn't match a quote you've been given, or a verdict isn't clear, tell me which section. Corrections get collected and the guide is revised.
- Something on this site is wrong A broken link, a figure that doesn't add up, a page that won't load. I'd rather hear it from you than not hear it.
- Press, partnerships, or a question about the channel Same address.
One thing I can't help with. I don't answer questions about what to list a home for, what to do with an offer, contracts, contingencies, commission, closing timelines, or whether now is the moment to sell. Not because I'm being careful with you — because those answers depend on your street and your paperwork, and they belong to someone licensed to look at both.
That's a conversation for your agent and your attorney. My job ends the day your photos go live.
